Client records are input to the client database at time of booking, deposit payments are recorded, confirmation emails are sent. Payments processed through OutBookX are handled by Stripe, for security, and for certainty. Your money is available in your own Stripe Standard account within several days and can be transfered to your own bank account either on a pre-set schedule or on demand. When a client books a trip with OutBookX, you can also set up your Trips to collect the license fees. OutBookX can collect all the required information needed in their client records and collect payments for licenses, so you can have the licenses on hand when they arrive.
You can set the currency per Trip. Bookings and payments can be in either USD or CAD currencies. If you have both USD and CAD bank accounts, you can have fund routed to appropriate account to avoid currency conversion fees.

You don't need to be a programmer to deploy all the tools OutBookX offers to your website, in your website. We use a web-standard iframe implementation to allow you to post your Seasons, your Trips, your Custom buttons to your website. The iframe code work with all website technologies, from custom built websites to Content Management Systems like WordPress or SquareSpace, or others. When you change details of a Trip, or available spots change due to bookings, the display on your webpage updates automatically.
