What are your first reactions to the OutBookX Outfitter Software?
The thing that I'm looking forward to the most in that is the the online registration. So right now we're doing it with, you know, emailing registration back and forth. But I think having an online registration form, not having to wait for mail to make it up to here, which is a lengthy process, that's going to be a huge advantage. I think there's a couple two-fold point to that. As much as it's going to help organize stuff on our end, it also will make it easier for our our hunters, our clients to or to know what they need in advance of being up here and help help them organize their trips as well.
Do you think OutBookX will save you admin time during your busy season?
Yeah, I think it'll help us all around the year. From booking clients, keeping touch and base with them and then, yeah, when we're busy here with our hunters, it's going to be less admin for us to kind of do the things that we do uh while they're here and in preparation for the next group and then following groups after that. So, yeah, absolutely.
Yeah. And if hunters enjoy the their hunts during that time slot when they're when they're hunting with us, they can instantly go in and book again for next year as soon as we release it. So, uh that'll that'll be a handy feature.
How do you like the idea of having one source for all your client / hunt / payment information?
Yeah. So, it's much better like so right now we have to have that information. So, we for licenses, for tags, for all that when it can be all in one place and easily accessible by ourselves uh entered in by our clients, um that's going to be a huge benefit.
