When setting up a new Trip, just fill out the form, or copy from a similar Trip. Save it and it's live.
Seasons are organized chronologically and by species (as needed). Within Seasons you have all your Trip dates complete with start and end dates, descriptions, rates, inclusions, etc. Set limits for the number of booking available within a Trip date and also set the minimum number of bookings per group. Perhaps you require a minimum booking of 4 to operate a trip, but once 4 are booked, you still have room for 2 more. Easy settings. Set the Trip price, set the Deposit amount.

From year to year they can re-use their account and keep it current. They have access to all information linked to them.
