Working directly with leading hunting outfitters and fishing lodges has given us a great sounding board to test our ideas and develop the features most needed.

Website Integration

The single most important feature of OutBookX is that it integrates into your website. All the content is presented and contained on your website. Your clients don't get lost trying to navigate between your website and a third party site.

  • Trip Bookings

    Manage your seasons (and/or species), and within seasons, your individual trip calendar dates.

  • Style Settings

    Style the appearance of the trips display on your website. Your colour scheme, your copy, you're in control.

  • The Details

    Provide the key details of the Trip Booking such as pricing (including currency), start date, end date, species, pricing, deposits and more. Then the option to provide additional details on the individual trip. Trips can be set with a maximum quantity of hunters/angles per trip as well as a minimum booking quantity.

  • One Time Items

    We provide Custom Buttons for you to use as needed. If you sell one-time additional services or products, such as river tours or gun rentals, they can be set as Custom Buttons.

  • Style Settings

    Need the buttons to blend in or stand out? You control the colour scheme and the content of the Custom Buttons.

  • The Details

    Sell your additional products and services with ease and stop chasing payments. Custom Buttons include the ability to sell multiple of the same item, or limit to one. Custom Buttons can also be date specific with booking / price options.

  • Client Database

    Every client booking through OutBookX will have a client record which you have the ability to access and update.

  • Stay On Top

    You can quickly view your client database and see who is booked for what and what is left to take care of.

  • The Details

    Avoid needing a paper copy of everything. The client records include Trips booked, deposits paid, balance payments, licence numbers, HAL, WIN, MB eLicences, etc. Plus keep your travel groups sorted and easily identified.

Easy Booking Process

Your clients will find it easy to step through the booking process, from selecting a trip to adding their hunting or fishing party trip members to confirming with deposit payments. Clients will have their own OutBookX client account and can store their personal information for future booking with your business.

A. Nothing. Your clients pay the fees as set by you, the Outfitters and Lodges. OutBookX does not charge a fee to your clients.

Q. Is OutBookX available for Canadian Hunting Outfitters and Fishing Lodges?

A. Yes, in fact, OutBookX was conceived and designed for use by Canadian outdoors businesses, but can be used throughout North America.

Q. Can we charge in $USD or just $CAD?

A. You set up your Trips and set the currency for the Trip price. You may charge in either Canadian or US currency.
